摘  要:实验取自14例产后死亡的胎儿,胎龄12~40周,对其视皮质神经元进行电镜观察及立体计量分析。结果表明:(1)视皮质神经元在发育早期(12周胎龄)时,可依细胞大小、核及胞质中的细胞器鉴别神经元和神经胶质细胞;(2)视皮质神经元发育过程中,核质比例逐渐减小,细胞核体密度逐渐减少,核仁与胞质的体密度呈上升趋势(3)线粒体、粗面内质网、核糖体的体密度呈明显上升趋势,滑面内质网、高尔基复合体及溶酶体的体密度也有不同程度的上升。Neurons in the visual cortex derived from 14 normal fetuses (postpartum death) aged from 12-40 weeks were observed under electron microscope and analysed stereologically. The results were as follows: 1. At the early stage of the human fetus development (12 weeks), the neurons and neuroglial cells could be discriminated by cell size, nucleus and organelle of cytoplasm. 2. In the development of nuerons in the visual cortex, nucleopasmic index and NP decreased with time. 3. The volume density of nucleus decreased with the time of development, but the volume density of nucleolus and cytoplasm increased. 4. The volume density of mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome significantly increased and the volume density of smooth endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complex and lysosome increased in various degrees.
