摘　　要：详细地阐述了泥潭冲锑砷金矿床成矿地质地球化学特征和金及载金矿物的某些标型特征， 进而应用纳米理论 （Ｍａｎｏ ＳＴ） 的观点探讨了矿床形成机制。In Nitanchong Sb As Au deposit, the geology geochemistry of the mineralozation, some typomorphic characteristics of gold and gold bearing minerals have been elabrated. Applying the views of Nano ST, the ore forming mechanism of the deposit is discussed.
