一种电解生成含氯消毒液对家蚕病原体的杀灭效果

摘　　要：目的观察一种电解生成的含氯消毒液对家蚕病原体的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液内杀灭试验法和以家蚕为模型的方法,进行了实验室杀灭效果检测。结果以含有效氯980 mg/L的该消毒液分别作用15 min和6min,对悬液内苏云金杆菌和白僵菌孢子可达到完全杀灭;用含有效氯392 mg/L的该消毒液作用8 min,对悬液内微孢子虫孢子达到完全杀灭。用含有效氯392 mg/L的该消毒液作用15 min,对家蚕核型多角体病毒能达到完全杀灭效果。结论该电解生成的含氯消毒液在较低浓度下,对家蚕部分病原体具有较好的杀灭效果。Objective To observe the germicidal effect of a electrolytic forming disinfectant containing chlorine to the pathogens of silkworm. Methods Suspension germicidal quantitative test and silkworm pathogen as the model were applied in this laboratory examination. Results The disinfectant could completely kill Bacillus thuringiensis and Beaaveria bassiana when the concentration was 980 mg/L and the contact time was 15 min and 6 rain, respectivels and it could eompletely kill Nosema bombycis when its concentration was 392 mg/L and the contact time was 8 min. The disinfectant could completely kill Nuclear polyhedrosis virus （NPV）when the concentration was 392 mg/L and the contact time was 15 min. Conclusion The germicidal effect of the electrolytic forming disinfectant containing chlorine to some silkworm pathogens was good in lower concentration.
