摘　　要：目的了解郑州市医疗机构消毒质量状况,加强医院消毒规范性管理。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法对郑州市不同级别医疗机构消毒效果进行监测。结果连续5年从郑州市22所医疗机构中采样5 109份,卫生消毒质量总平均合格率为93.38%。多数监测对象消毒合格率均达到90%以上,只有压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率达到100%,以室内空气消毒合格率较低,仅为83.66%。不同类型医院之间,消毒质量合格率之间的差异无显著统计学意义。结论郑州市医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较高,室内空气和医院污水处理仍存在薄弱环节。Objective To know disinfection quality of medical institutions in Zhengzhou,in order to strengthen the standardized management of hospital disinfection.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling were used to monitor disinfection efficacy of different levels of medical institutions in Zhengzhou.Results The average passing rate of disinfection quality was 93.38% in 5 109 samples sampled in 22 medical institutions during the past five years.The passing rate of disinfection quality of mostly monitoring objects were above 90%,and only the pass rate of sterilizing effect of steam sterilizer was 100%,the pass rate of disinfection quality of indoor air was low which was 83.66%.There is no statistically significant difference in the pass rate of disinfection quality between the different type of medical institutions.Conclusion The level of disinfection quality in the medical institutions of Zhengzhou is high.But there were some weak links of indoor air disinfection and the sewage treatment in the hospital.It should be strengthen management.
