东台市幼儿园卫生消毒工作现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解东台市托幼机构卫生消毒工作状况,对其消毒质量作出评价,以便改进和提高。方法通过问卷调查和现场采样检测方法,对该市48所托幼机构消毒管理和消毒质量进行了监测。结果调查的托幼机构中,有68.75%的幼儿园教室没有流水洗手设施,有72.92%的保教人员不了解消毒基本知识,只有22.92%的幼儿园拥有专用餐茶具消毒箱。该市托幼机构消毒质量总平均合格率为83.90%。只有1所幼儿园配有专职保健医生,有68.75%的幼儿园对儿童不作晨检。结论江苏省东台市托幼机构没有很好开展消毒工作,幼儿园内餐饮具和室内环境污染严重,卫生行政部门应实施干预措施,以消除疾病传播隐患。Objective To know disinfection status of kindergartens in Dongtai,make the appraisal,in order to improve disinfection quality.Methods Questionnaire survey and sampling examination were used to monitor the management and disinfection quality of 48 institutes in this City.Results In 48 institutes investigated,68.75% did not have the fluid water facility to wash hands,72.92% of personnel did not understand the disinfection elementary knowledge,only 22.92% kindergartens had specially disinfector for tablewares.The average disinfection qualify rate was 83.90%.Only 1 kindergarten has professional health care doctor.68.75% kindergartens do not make the morning examine for children.Conclusion The disinfection work in Jiangsu Dongtai kindergartens is not very good.The environment pollution in the kindergarten is serious.The administration of public health department should imply the intervention measure to eliminates disease of the hidden danger.
