摘 要:聚合物驱是油田提高原油采收率的主要方法之一,聚合物驱后一般转为后续水驱,这一开采阶段经历的时间较长,大量的增产原油被采出,同时表现出不同的动态特征。为了确保后续水驱阶段的增油效果,针对其动态见效特征,提出了这一阶段的油藏管理对策。以胜坨油田二区沙二段1—2单元北部聚合物驱试验区为研究对象,结合其他区块的经验做法展开研究。结果表明,转后续水驱后将注采比保持在0.7~0.75,加强水井调剖和分层以及油井有效提液和改层,可有效控制含水上升率,能够进一步提高采收率。该试验区2009年累积增油量为4600t,提高采收率为0.042%。Polymer flooding is one of the main methods to enhance oil recovery.After polymer flooding,the subsequent water flooding stage is very long with lots of oil produced and different dynamic features after polymer flooding.In order to ensure the performance,we put forward this phase of reservoir management treatments.The paper mainly details the ways of reservoir management after polymer flooding in Shengtuo oilfield,the north of ShengⅡarea as the example.Taking into account of other block' s experiences,the result demonstrates that the maintenance of proper injection-production ratio and plugging and subdivision in injector can obtain good performance.At the same time,we select appropriate oil wells to increase liquid yield and switch stratigraphic layers,so as to enhance the effect and recovery factor.In field,good performance has been achieved.Annual cumulative increased oil is up to 4 600 t,we improved recovery factor by 0.042%annually.
