摘　　要：目的:研究STAMP2基因多态性与新疆维吾尔族男性原发性高血压(EH)相关性。方法:采用以流行病学调查为基础的病例-对照研究,选取291例维吾尔族男性EH患者和445例男性正常血压者作为研究对象,首先选取STAMP2基因功能区的变异位点,选取代表性变异位点应用TaqMan-PCR在大样本人群中进行基因型鉴定及病例-对照关联研究。结果:选取的STAMP2基因的功能区的3个代表性变异位点SNP rs8122,rs1981529及rs34741656,均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。rs8122r、s1981529及rs34741656基因型及等位基因分布在EH组与正常血压组中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。使用Logistic回归分析模型校正年龄、体重、吸烟及饮酒之后,也未发现3个位点是EH患病的危险因素(P>0.05)。进一步方差分析发现rs8122r、s1981529及rs34741656不同基因型间收缩压、舒张压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单倍型基因频率分布在EH组与对照组中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:STAMP2基因3个代表性SNP(rs8122、rs1981529及rs34741656)可能与新疆维吾尔族男性EH无关。Objective：To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of STAMP2 and essential hypertension in men of Uygur Xinjiang population.Method：The study registed 291 hypertension patients and 445 normotensive controls.The representative variations were selected by TaqMan-PCR method in 736 Uygur subjects.The association between genetic variations of STAMP2 and hypertensive in men in Uygur was analyzed.Result：In the three representative variations genotyped,rs8122,rs1981529 and rs34741656,the essential hypertension and control groups were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium for three polymorphisms.There were no significant differences of genotype distribution and allele frequencies between hypertensive and control subjects in three polymorphisms（P0.05）.There were no significant alteration of risk in hypertensive,with adjusting for age,weight,smoke and drink in a logistic regression analysis（P0.05）.In further ANCOVA analysis,no polymorphism was significantly difference associated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure（P0.05）.There were no significant differences of haplotype frequencies between hypertensive and control subjects（P0.05）.Conclusion：There are no association of the three polymorphisms（rs8122,rs1981529 and rs34741656） with essential hypertension in men of Xinjiang Uyghur population.
