摘 要:以小分子2-蒽-9-基亚甲基-丙二腈(AYM)自组装成的微米线为模板,盐酸为掺杂剂,制备了聚苯胺(PAni)与AYM复合材料(PAni/AYM),经有机溶剂CH2_Cl_2脱除AYM可得具有管状结构的PAni。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外分析(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热失重(TGA)等研究了反应时间、盐酸掺杂度对聚苯胺形貌和性质的影响。结果表明,当反应体系HCl浓度为0.1rnol/L、反应时间为12h时可获得长度几十微米、直径1~2μm的管状聚苯胺,管状PAni的热稳定性能稍优于颗粒状PAni,而且管状PAni的电导率随着盐酸浓度的增加而增大,0.1mol/LHCl浓度下,电导率达1.19×10^(-2)S/cm。The micro wire formed by self-assembling of the small molecular 2-anthracen-9-ylmethylene malononitrile (AYM) was used as the template for preparing the composite of polyaniline (PAni) and AYM (PAni/AYM). The micro PAni tube was obtained after removing AYM by CH2 C12. The effect of reaction time and the concentration of dopant HC1 on morphology and properties was studied by SEM, FTLR, XRD and TGA. It was shown that when the reaction time is 12h and the C(HC1) reached 0. lmol/1, the micro PAni tubes with 1-2 μm in diameter and tens of micrometers in length could be received. The thermal stability of PAni tubes is slightly higher than PAni paticles. The electric conductivity of micro PAni tube increased as the C(HC1) increased, the conductivity is about 1.19)〈 10^-2 S/cm while C(HC1) is0. lmol/L.
