2型糖尿病病人体型的Heath-Carter法研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病病人的体型特征。方法:随机抽取呼和浩特市各医院内分泌科门诊及住院的2型糖尿病初诊病例293例(男153例,女140例),运用Heath-Carter体型法进行体型研究,按性别和年龄分组,分别计算内、中、外三因子值,根据其划分出体型类型并与国内已有体型资料进行比较。结果:2型糖尿病病人平均体型男性为5.7-4.1-1.4,属偏中胚型的内胚型,体型分布以偏中胚型的内胚型居多(60.78%);女性为6.5-4.1-0.9,属偏中胚型的内胚型,体型分布以偏中胚型的内胚型居多(84.29%)。结论:2型糖尿病病人体型以偏中胚型的内胚型为主,说明该人群皮下脂肪丰富、肌肉发达、骨骼粗壮且外形偏胖。与国内其他人群体型间存在差异。Objective：To study the somatotype characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Heath-Carter method.Methods：A sample of 293（male 153,female 140） type 2 diabetes mellitus patients diagnosed at first was randomly selected from out-patient or in-patient in the department of endocrinology in Hohhot,studied with Heath-Carter method,divided groups by gender and age,and calculated the values of endomorphic,mesomorphic and ectomorphic factor.Then determine their somatypes with the three factor and compared with domestic existing somatotype datas.Results： Findings indicated that the mean somatotype of male was 5.7-4.1-1.4,being in the meso-endomorphy category.In somatotype distributions,meso-endomorphy category is in the majority（60.78%）.And that of female was 6.5-4.1-0.9,being in the meso-endomorphy category.In somatotype distributions,meso-endomorphy category is also in the majority（84.29%）.Conclusion：The main somatotype of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients is meso-endomorphy category,this crowd groups have more fat and musculoskeletal,the figure is chubby,there have differences with some domestic existing somatotype dates.
