摘  要:在大田生长的不同花药培养反应的4个大麦基因型上,研究了甘露醇预处理方式、方法对花药培养诱导胚状体和再生植株形成的影响。结果表明,同一预处理方法,在液、固体预处理方式上,其花药培养反应给无明显差异,说明预处理方法与预处理方式无关。在不同浓度的甘露醇预处理之间,随甘露醇浓度的增加,绿苗分化频率有显著的提高。基因型与甘露醇预处理的时间长度之间存在相互作用,即甘露醇预处理的最适时间,因大麦基因型的不同而有所差异,其变动范围为3~5d。Using four barley genotypes which were grown in fieId and showed various responses in anther culbe, the influence of mannitol pretreatment on the formation of embryo-like structure (ELS) and green regeneration plants in anther culture was investigated. The results indicated that the same pretreatment method made no significant difference in culture response on the pretreatment forms: liquid or solid state. The frequency of green regeneration plants was greatly improved with the increase of mannitol concentrations. The genotypes were found to interact with the length of mannitol pretreatment, in other words, the optimal length of mannitol pretreatment varied with the genotypes ranging from 3 to 5 days.
