摘　　要：目的了解肺癌化疗患者健康教育需求现状,以便采取有针对性的健康教育,提供个性化护理。方法采取随机抽样法选取136例肺癌首次化疗患者进行健康教育需求的问卷调查。结果肺癌化疗患者对健康教育普遍存在需求,了解治疗方案与治疗效果占需求首位,不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同收入患者对健康教育需求程度不同。结论肺癌化疗患者健康知识缺乏,希望得到检查、治疗、康复指导等健康教育,护士有计划、有针对性地对肺癌化疗患者实施阶段性、个性化的健康教育,才能满足患者的健康需求,全面提高生活质量。Objective To get the message of healthy educational requirement status of the pulmanary carcinoma patitients so as to adopt corresponding healthy education and offer to personal nursing.Methods 136 patients of pulmanary carcinoma who had been chemicotherapy were choosed randomly to undertake healthy educational requirement questionnaire investigation.Results The pulmanary carcinoma patients had been chemicotherapy were demanded healthy education generally.To learn the therapuetic regimen and efficacy were the first requirements, and the requirement degree was different with the ages,culture degree and income.Conclusion The pulmanary carcinoma patients have been chmiotherapy are deficiency of healthy knowledge,and are hope to obtain the healthy educations of workup,therapy and rehabilitation guiding.The nurses should be stage and personal plan to practice the healthy educations to the chemicotherapeutic patients so as to statisfied the patients′ healthy requirements and improve the overall life qualities.
