摘　　要：目的通过对7例头孢噻肟钠迟发型变态反应报告的分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集近年来文献报道的7例头孢噻肟钠迟发型变态反应,进行分析。结果头孢噻肟钠迟发型变态反应,比较鲜见,临床上应引起高度警惕和重视。结论使用头孢噻肟钠前应详细询问药物过敏史,用药过程中和停药后1周内均应注意观察,警惕迟发变态反应的发生,以确保用药安全。Objective To provide information for rational drug usage in clinical practice, through analyzing 7 delayed-type hypersensitivity reports caused by Cefotaxime Sodium recently. Methods Collect 7 cases delayed-type hypersensitivity reports caused by Cefotaxime Sodium recently and analyzed them. Results De- layed-type hypersensitivity reports caused by Cefotaxime Sodium were seldom seen in clinic. Great precautions should be taken as Cefotaxime Sodium-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity. Conclusion Drug hypersensitivi- ty history as well as the skin test should be taken before the use of Cefotaxime Sodium. To guaranteeing the safety, patients should be observed during the use and 1 week after stopping drug.
