摘　　要：目的:探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对银屑病患者趋化因子受体CCR6 mRNA水平的影响。方法:分别记录30例寻常性银屑病患者NB-UVB照射治疗前后患者皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分。应用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测其前后外周血单一核细胞CCR6 mRNA的表达水平,并与30例正常对照比较。结果:30例寻常性银屑病患者光疗1 5次后PASI分值显著降低(P<0.01)。银屑病患者CCR6 mRNA的表达水平显著高于正常对照(P<0.01),而光疗后CCR6 mRNA的表达水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:降低CCR6水平可能是NB-UVB治疗银屑病的机制之一。Objective： To investigate the effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） treatment on the serum level of ehemokine receptor 6 （CCR6） of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： The sizes of the skin lesions and the psoriasis area severity index （PASI） scores of 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were recorded before and after NB-UVB therapy. Reverse transeription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） technique was applied to analyze the mRNA expression levels of CCR6 of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from the patients,and compared with the CCR6 levels of the 30 healthy controls. Results： The PASI scores of 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly lowered （P〈 0.05） after 15 times of NB-UVB phototherapy. The expression levels of CCR6 mRNA in psoriasis patients before the treatment were significantly higher than those in the healthy controls （P〈 0.01）, which were significantly reduced after the phototherapy （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： NB-UVB therapy can suppress the serum level of CCR6 expression in the patients with psoriasis, which may be one of its potential mechanisms in the treatment of psoriasis.
