寻常型银屑病患者表皮HLA-C位点mRNA表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:检测寻常型银屑病患者表皮HLA-C位点mRNA的表达。方法:应用qReal-time-PCR技术检测46例寻常型银屑病患者皮损、非皮损表皮中的HA-C位点mRNA的表达,与28名正常人皮肤表皮进行对照。结果:银屑病患者皮损、非皮损和正常人皮肤表皮中HTA-C位点mRNA表达分别是0.0063±0.0070,0.0048±0.0037和0.0036±0.014。3组样本比较,银屑病患者皮损mRNA表达明显高于非皮损(P<0.05),非皮损mRNA表达与正常对照比较无显著性差异。进行期皮损表皮的mRNA表达明显高于稳定期(P<0.05)。结论:寻常型银屑病患者HLA-C位点mRNA表达异常,可能与该病发病机制有关。Objective： To determine the expression level of HLA - C mRNA in epidermis from patients with psoriasis vulgaris （PV）. Methods： qReal- time PCR technique was applied to analyze the expression of HLA- C mR- NA in epidermis from 46 psoriatic patients and 28 healthy persons. Results： The mean values of the expression of HLA - C mRNA in lesion and non - lesional samples, and normal skin samples in controls were 0. 0063 ± 0. 0070, 0.0048 ± 0.0037 and 0.0036 ± 0.014. The expression of HLA - C mRNA was higher in the lesion of＇ psoriatic patients than in non - lesional sample （ P 〈 0.05）, There was no significant difference in the expression of HLA - C mRNA between non- lesional sample of psoriatic patients and controls （ P 〉 0.05）. The expression was higher in the patients with active stage of the disease than with static stage of the disease （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The ab- normal expression of HLA - C gene may be involved in the pathogenesis.
