PLIF结合椎弓根内固定和PEEK cage治疗腰椎滑脱的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察腰椎后路椎间融合（PLIF）结合椎弓根内固定和聚醚醚酮（PEEK）cage治疗腰椎滑脱的临床效果。方法对19例腰椎滑脱患者实施PLIF结合椎弓根内固定和PEEK cage手术,以术后X线片和日本骨科学会（JOA）下腰痛评分标准及Greenough临床疗效标准评价疗效。结果 19例患者全部得到随访24-38个月：术后12个月时,18例融合率94.7%;24个月融合率为100%,术后12、24个月JOA评分从术前的（13.9±5.9）分增加到（24.6±3.1）分、（25.3±3.3）分（P〈0.05）。Greenough临床疗效标准评定优良率为94.7%。结论 PLIF结合椎弓根内固定和PEEK cage治疗腰椎滑脱症临床效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating lumbar spondylolisthesis with posterior 1umbar interbody fusion（PLIF） plus pedicle screw fixation and PEEK cage.Methods The data of 19 patients with spondylolisthesis underwent PLIF and pedicle screw fixation and PEEK cage were reviewed retrospectively.The patients were followed up for 24 to 38 months and evaluated with postoperative JOA score,X ray and Greenough clinical standard.Results The fusion rate was 94.7% in 12 months and 100% in 24 months.The average JOA score after surgery increased from（13.9±5.9） points to （24.6±3.1） points in 12 months and（25.3±3.3） points in 24 months（P0.05） with an excellent and good rate of 94.7% by Greenough clinical standard.Conclusion PLIF plus pedicle screw fixation and PEEK cage is an effective method for spondylolisthesis.
