丹参酮联合多西环素治疗炎症性痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参酮短程联合多西环素治疗炎症性痤疮的疗效和复发情况。方法:将150例痤疮患者随机分为A、B、C三组,每组各50例。A组:口服多西环素100mg,2次/天,4周后改为1次/天;B组:口服丹参酮胶囊1g,3次/天;C组:口服多西环素100mg,2次/天,2周后停用,丹参酮胶囊1g,3次/天,8周为一个疗程。结果:B、C两组有效率均明显高于A组,第1、2周C组有效率明显高于A、B组,B、C两组复发率均明显低于A组。结论:丹参酮胶囊早期、短程联合多西环素治疗炎症性痤疮疗效优于单用多西环素,且起效比单用丹参酮快,复发率低,不良反应轻微。Objective To observe therapeutic effect and recurrence of tanshinone in short-term combination with doxycycline on inflammatory acne.Methods 150 cases of patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into Group A,B and C.Each group were 50 cases.Group A was given Doxycycline 100mg,2 times a day for 4 weeks and then 1 time a day.Group B was given tanshinone capsule 1g,3 times a day.Group C was given Doxycycline 100mg,2 times a day for 2 weeks and tanshinone capsule 1g,3 times a day,8 weeks for a course.Results The efficiency of Group B and C were significantly higher than that of Group A.The efficiency of Group C was significantly higher than that of Group A and Group B at week 1 and 2.The recurrence of Group B and C were significantly lower than that of Group A.Conclusion Tanshinone capsule in early,short-term combination with Doxycycline was more effective than Doxycycline alone in treatment of inflammatory acne and the onset time was faster than that of tanshinone alone with low reurrence and mild side effects.
