溶菌酶肠溶片联合冷冻治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨溶菌酶肠溶片联合液氮冷冻治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及并发症,比较溶菌酶肠溶片联合液氮冷冻与单用液氮冷冻或单纯服用溶菌酶肠溶片治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将140例扁平疣患者随机分为三组,治疗组:55例,溶菌酶肠溶片联合液氮冷冻治疗;对照1组:45例,单纯用液氮冷冻治疗;对照2组:40例,单纯服用溶菌酶肠溶片。均采用五级分类法来统计并判断疗效情况,观察三组的临床疗效及近期、远期并发症。结果:治疗组总有效率达92.73%,对照1组总有效率66.67,%对照2组总有效率57.50%。治疗组分别与对照1、2组比较,具有显著性差异(,χ12=10.92,χ22=16.69,P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:溶菌酶肠溶片联合液氮冷冻治疗扁平疣临床疗效好,而且并发症较少。Objective To explore Lysozyme Entric-coated tablets combined liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy clinical efficacy and complications,compared Lysozyme Entric-coated tablets combined liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy and single liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy or pure taking Lysozyme Entric-coated tablets,the clinical efficacy of verruca plana.Methods 140 cases of patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into three groups,55 patients treated Lysozyme Entric-coated tablets combined liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy,the control 1 group ：45 cases of cryotherapy with liquid-nitrogen;the control 2 group：40cases of pure taking Lysozyme Entric-coated tablets.By 5 classification to statistics and judging curative effect.Observe three groups clinical efficacy and the recent,long-term complications.Results The treatment group total effective were 92.73%;control group 1 66.67%;control group 2 57.50%.Treatment groups were compared with the control group 1,2 having significant differences（χ12=10.92,χ22=16.69,P0.05） with statistical significance.Conclusions Clinical efficacy of Lysozyme Entric-coated tablets combined liquid-nitrogen cryotherapy is good,and fewer complications.
