人民币汇率升值对浙江省主要出口商品的影响分析

摘　　要：用分离分析方法来计算汇率升值对出口额的弹性,并以此计算2005-2009年各年的人民币汇率升值对浙江20种主要出口商品的弹性,结论:(1)人民币汇率升值抑制浙江的出口,而且人民币汇率升值越大,出口额的减少越大;(2)浙江出口发展越快,人民币汇率升值抑制出口越大;(3)人民币汇率升值对稳定出口商品的影响较小;(4)出口退税政策对人民币汇率升值具有直接的影响。By decomposition method, this paper analyses the elasticity of currency appreciation to export, and then based on 2005-2009 date evaluates the impact of RMB appreciation to Zhejiang＇ s 20 major export products. The analysis finds that： （1） RMB appreciation impacts negatively to Zhejiang＇ s export; （2） Zhejiang＇ s export growth increases the impact of RMB appreciation to export; （3） RMB appreciation has less impact to the stabilization of export; and （4） export tax rebate policy has positively impact to RMB appreciation.
