摘　　要：报道了一个具有两个重叠显性基因控制的陆地棉雄性不育系“０３５Ａ”的遗传分析。该雄性不育系不育花小，花药少，表现完全败育，不育性受两个显性基因控制，两个显性基因表现为部分连锁。这一不育系的发现，为棉花基因连锁和基因定位提供了新的遗传工具，并为提高陆地棉核雄性不育系的制种效益和Ｆ２ 代杂种优势的利用提供了一个新的途径。This article reports the genetic analysis of “035A” male-sterile line controlled by overlapping double dominant genes.This sterile line has smaller sterile flower and less anther than fertile plants. The sterile character is completely controlled by double dominant genes which are partly linked.The discovery of “035A” may present a new genetic tools for gene linkage and gene location,and may provide a new approach to enhancing the efficiency of producing hybrid cotton seeds and to utilizing the heterosis of F\-2 generation hybrid.\;
