摘  要:阿拉善鹅观草、大丛鹅观草及大鹅观草是分布于我国西部的多年生四倍体植物,将其与纤毛鹅观草等三个种进行了种、属间杂交。通过幼胚离体培养,合成远缘杂种,对各杂种F1 及亲本花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对行为进行了分析。结果表明,大鹅观草与E.lanceolatus、鹅观草所含的St染色体组间存在较大的同源性分化;阿拉善鹅观草、大丛鹅观草与纤毛鹅观草间至少有一个染色体组具有较高的同源性,其很可能即为St染色体组。Roegneria alashanica, R. magnicaespes and R. grandis are tetraploid perennial grasses native to west China. They were crossed with R.ciliaris, R.kamoji and E.lanceolatus, through the aid of embryo rescue. Intergeneric hybridizations were easy to be performed and hybrids were obtained from four combinations. The chromosome pairing behaviour at metaphase Ⅰ of meiosis was studied from parents and F 1 hybrids. It is concluded from the study that: considerable differentiation of the St genome amongst R.grandis, E.lanceolatus and R.kamoji was occured; R.magnicaespes and R.alashanica at least share one set of St genoms of R.ciliaris.
