摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,制备AM/DMDAAC阳离子型黏土稳定剂,确定了是佳反应条件:n(AM):n(DMDAAC)=3:2,引发剂过硫酸铵用量(以总单体质量计)为0.8%,反应温度为50℃,单体总用量为20%。对AM/DMDAAC阳离子黏土稳定剂产品的防膨性和抗盐性进行评价,结果表明,AM/DMDAAC阳离子黏土稳定剂具有一定的耐盐性,并具有较好的黏土水化膨胀抑制性。AM/DMDAAC cationic clay stabilizer was prepared with acrylamide (AM) and dimethyldiallyl- ammonium chloride ( DMDAAC), and the optimum reaction conditions were identified : n (AM) : n ( DM- DAAC) = 3:2, ammonium persulfate initiator usage (based on monomer mass, similarly hereinafter): 0.8%, reaction temperature: 50 ~C, total monomer usage: 20%. The swelling inhibition and salt tolerance properties of AM/DMDAAC AM/DMDAAC cationic clay stabilizer were evaluated. According to the results, AM/DMDAAC AM/DMDAAC cationic clay stabilizer is salt resistant to a certain extent and has good clay hydration and swelling resistant performance.
