浅议长春市矿业产业结构存在的问题及调整目标与优化

摘　　要：长春市查明可利用的矿产资源种类(含石油)48种,保有储量达123.93亿吨,累计探明储量125.01亿吨。目前,已开发利用的矿种21种,其中石油、天然气、煤炭、砖瓦用粘土占有优势。依据矿业产业结构存在的主要问题,建议调整目标:建立能源(石油、天然气、煤、油页岩)为龙头,非金属(三矿种:石灰石、膨润土、建筑石材;二石:沸石、伊利石;二岩:珍珠岩、陶粒页岩)为骨干,以贵金属(金)和矿泉水、二氧化碳气、泥炭为两翼的,具有自我特色的矿业产业结构体系,实现矿业增长方式的根本转变,以保持与长春市近期、中长期地方国民经济发展规划中所提出增长速度同步。There are 48 types of identified usful mineral resources (including petroleum) in Changchun City, the reserve speriod of production comes to 12 393 000 000 tons, the total demonstrated reserves come to 12 500 000 000 tons. Up to the present 21 minerals are developed, among them, petroleum, natural gas, coal and clay for building material have dominant positions in our country. According to an existing problem on the mining industry composition of Changchun City, we suggest to establish a local characteristic mining industrial system, bringing about a basic change of increase in the mining industry and keeping the same pace with short, middle - long term local national economic development. We first focus on petroleum, natural gas, coal and oil shale; the second is on nonmetal (limestone, bentonite, building stones, zeolite, perlite and the others including precious metal (gold) , mineral water, carbon dioxide, peat and so on.
