摘　　要：目的：了解东、中、西部6省12县县级结核病防治机构在人力、设备、信息系统等方面的建设现状,为更好发挥县级结防机构在结核病防治中的作用提出建议。方法：采用问卷方法调查6省12县县级结核病防治机构的建设现状;采用定性方法对县级结防机构领导和医务人员进行访谈。结果：一般县级结防机构人员数在5~9人间,结防人员的学历以大专为主,占40.3%;人均结防科办公室面积在3.3~20.1m2/间;每个县区结防科至少有1台电脑联网,均安装了传染病疫情网报系统与结核病传报系统。结论：6省12县县级结防机构已明确设置,但不同程度地存在着人力不足、设备简陋的问题,中西部尤为明显,有待加强;信息系统有利于肺结核病控制工作,但报告系统指标体系和运行有待进一步改善,以提高信息质量;结防机构与综合医院的合作有待加强,以推动结核病控制的可持续发展。Objective：To understand the resources allocation of the county-level tuberculosis（TB） dispensaries in 12 counties from 6 provinces in eastern,middle and western region of China in the areas such as staff,equipment and information system.Methods： Twelve county-level tuberculosis dispensaries from 6 provinces were investigated by questionnaire.The qualitative method of key informant interview and semi-structured questionnaire for leaders and medical staff in country-level tuberculosis dispensaries were used.Results： The number of staff in TB dispensaries generally ranged from 5~9,40.3% of which had associate college degree.Office area was from 3.3~20.1 square meters per capita.There was at least one computer connected to internet and installed network report system for infectious disease and TB in each TB dispensary.Conclusion： The network of country-level TB dispensaries has been established,but human resource deficiency and short of funds were still present,especially in the middle and western region of China.Therefore,resource allocation should be strengthened.The monitoring and information reporting system is beneficial for TB control.The indicator system and the operation need to be improved for good quality of information.The cooperation between county-level TB dispensaries and general hospitals need to be strengthened for sustainable development of TB control.
