摘　　要：利用国家卫生服务调查数据,分析了社区卫生服务机构就诊人群特征的变化趋势,发现患者的年龄构成、医疗保障构成、收入组构成、疾病发生时间构成等均有明显的变化,最后提出了有关的政策建议。The trend of change of outpatients＇ characteristics in urban community health institutions was analyzed by using the longitudinal data from China＇s National Health Services Survey（NHSS）.The results showed that obvious changes happened on some factors such as age structure,health insurance,income group,time of disease onset according to the second and the fourth NHSS.Relevant policy recommendations were put forward.
