摘　　要：目的:观察针刺内关穴为主治疗扩张型心肌病所致心律失常临床疗效。方法:所有病例在治疗原发病的基础上,停用其他抗心律失常药物,针刺主穴:内关、心俞、神门、巨阙,并根据辨证酌情配穴。结果:治疗最短时间1个月,最长时间6个月。痊愈12例,占28.57%;好转25例,占59.52%;总有效率88.10%。结论:针刺内关穴为主治疗扩张型心肌病所致心律失常,疗效可靠,价格低廉,副作用小。Objective： To observe clinical effect of using acupuncture at NEIGUAN in treating arrhythmia induced by dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods：Based on treating primary disease, anti-arrhythmic drugs are discontinued in all the cases with acupuncture at master point, NEIGUAN, acupoint, Shenmen and Juque, then write out acupuncture prescription in terms of categorical identification. Results：The process oftreatinent ranges from one month to six months with 12 cases of recovery （28.57%）, 25 cases on the mend （59.52%） and effective rate is 88.10%. Conclusions：Using acupuncture at NEIGUAN in treating arrhythmia induced by dilated cardiomyopathy proves to be more reliable, cheaper and of little side effect.
