多排螺旋CT第三、四脑室容积测量及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:利用多排螺旋CT容积测量软件,确定活体状态下国人第三、四脑室容积CT测量的参考值范围。方法:选择10～69岁正常人1250例,并根据年龄和性别进行分组,用3mm层厚的重建图像,对第三、四脑室进行容积测量与统计学分析。结果:得到不同年龄组和性别正常人第三、四脑室的容积的平均值和方差,各年龄组性别之间无显著差异性,60岁以后的老年人脑室容积与年龄之间有明显相关性。结论:①多排螺旋CT Volume软件作为一种非创伤性的方法,可以对活体正常人三、四脑室容积进行快速而准确的测量,具有高度可重复性;②初步建立了正常国人三、四脑室容量CT测量的参考值。Object/re： To confirm the reference value extent of volume of the third and the fourth ventricle of the Chinese people in vivo by multi-slice spiral CT volume software.Methods：The volume of the third and fourth ventrile of 1250 persons,age from 10-69,grouped by age an sex,were measured by reconstruction pictures with thickness of 3ram and statistically analyzed.Results：To get the mean value and mean square of the volume of the third and the fourth ventricle of different group and sex people.There were no statistical difference between male and female while there were obviouse correlation between the ventricle volume and the age after 60 age.Conclusions：①The multi-slice spiral CT volume software can be used for the measurement of the third and the fourth ventricle volume quickly and accurately as a noninvasive method and it has high repeatablility.②Established the reference value of the third and the fourthe.
