摘　　要：铬是人和动物的必需微量元素。而对效力高,吸收率好的铬源营养添加剂——吡啶甲酸铬的研究应用已经有近20年的时间。本文对吡啶甲酸铬近些年来的有关基础研究、合成工艺及应用研究作概括性的简介。Chromium was essential trace elements for human and animal.Chromium picolinate,as one of organic chromium compounds,had been the popular Cr supplement.This review summarized the biological function,synthesis technology and application research of chromium picolinate,so that provided the theory background for further research.
