胰管结石12例的诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胰管结石的诊断与治疗。方珐对2002—1-2009—12间延安市医院收治并手术治疗的12例胰管结石患者的诊断、治疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果12例中8例行胰管切开取石、胰管空肠Roux—en—Y吻合，2例行胰尾切除术，2例行十二指肠切除术。术后腹部疼痛等症状明显缓解，疗效满意。结论胰管结石是慢性胰腺炎的常见合并症，目前手术仍是其治疗的主要方法。Objective To explore and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic duct stones. Methods The data of 12 patients with pancreatic duct stone diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Eight of 12 cases underwent pancreatolithotomy plus side to side Roux - en - Y pancreaticojejunostomy. Distal panereatectomy was performed on two cases, and pancreatoduodenctomy was on the other two. The symptoms, such as abdominal pain, were fully alleviated after surgical treatment, and the outcome of surgical managements was satisfing. Conclusion Pancreatic duct stone is a common complication of chronic pancreatitis. Surgical management is still the primary treating method for pancreatic duct stone.
