摘　　要：Wellens综合征是一个预示着左冠状动脉前降支近端严重狭窄、具有心电图特异性T波改变的综合征。具有该综合征表现的患者随时可能发生急性广泛前壁心肌梗死,早期识别能避免灾难性事件的发生。该综合征的特异性心电图改变往往发生在疼痛间歇期,此时缺乏其他诊断冠心病的依据,这在门、急诊短暂的诊疗过程中更有意义。表现为该综合征的患者,即使早期对药物保守治疗反应良好,症状明显缓解,但若不采取积极地介入治疗则绝大部分最终发展为急性广泛前壁心肌梗死,所以深刻认识该综合征具有重要的临床意义。Wellens syndrome with specific T wave changes in ECG predicts a severe stenosis or proximal left anterior descending coronary artery. The patients with Wellens syndrome may occur at any time acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction, so early identification can prevent the occurrence of catastrophic events. The specific electrocardiogram changes of the syndrome often occur at the intermittent phase of pain, when there isn＇ t other evidence of diagnosis of coronary heart disease, so it is more meaningful in the short-term of clinic and emergency. The patients with Wellens syndrome early response well to the conservative treatment of drug and symptom relieve, but the development of acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction failing to take active intervention is inevitable. Therefore a profound understanding of Wellens.syndrome has important clinical significance.
