摘　　要：文章主要探讨了充分公开在专利制度中的界定，以及技术秘密与充分公开的关系，并对申请人在撰写专利申请文件过程中产生未充分公开的原因进行分析，据此提出了具体建议，供发明入和代理人参考。This paper mainly discussed fully open of the patent system, relation of technical secrets and fully open, and analysis of the reason for not fully open with the case of without sufficient open questions. Aiming at the problems existing in the patent, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions for inventor and the agent＇s reference.
