血清和尿液视黄醇结合蛋白对糖尿病肾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白（sRBP）和尿视黄醇结合蛋白（uRBP）对糖尿病肾病患者的诊断价值.方法 使用奥林巴斯AU640型全自动生化分析仪,测定35例糖尿病无并发肾病,23例糖尿病并发肾病和70例健康对照者的sRBP、uRBP水平,并进行统计学分析.结果 与正常对照组比较,糖尿病并发和无并发肾病组sRBP、uRBP水平均升高（P〈0.05）,糖尿病无并发肾病组uRBP水平的升高较sRBP显著（P〈0.01）,糖尿病并发肾病组sRBP的升高较uRBP更加显著（P〈0.001）.结论 sRBP和uRBP可作为诊断糖尿病肾病的敏感指标.Objective To investigate the serum retinol binding protein （sRBP） and urinary retinol binding protein （uRBP） for diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Method Using the Olympus AU640 automatic biochemical analyzer to measure the level of sRBP and uRBP in 35 cases of diabetes without nephropathy, 23 diabetic nephropathy and 70 healthy controls. Results Compared with normal control group, sRBP and uRBP levels were increased （P 〈 0.05） in diabetes mellitus and non - diabetic nephropathy group, uRBP elevation was more significant than sRBP （ P 〈 0.01 ） in diabetic patients without nephropathy group, sRBP elevation was more significant than uRBP（ P 〈 0.01 ） in diabetic nephropathy Group. Conclusion sRBP and uRBP diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy can be used as sensitive indicators.
