摘　　要：作为东亚地区相邻的中韩两国,基于当前两国间贸易交流的频繁,海上犯罪活动的上升以及海洋污染等非传统安全威胁因素的日益凸显,保护海洋安全,加强海上安全领域合作成为两国极为关注的课题,如何更有效地开展合作需要我们在实践的基础上去探索。with increasing of trade,and rising of criminal activities at sea,and outstanding of non-military security threat factors such as marine pollution,between China and South Korea as a neighbor in Eastern Asia,protection maritime safety and strengthening cooperation in maritime safety field.has become subject of extremely paying attention both countries.How to more efficiently cooperation need us to explore on the basis of practice.
