以金融手段抚平国民收入分配差距的基本构想——兼论金融在包容性经济增长中的作用与策略

摘　　要：包容性增长的核心内容之一就是要使更多的个体参与经济发展,分享经济发展的成果。改革开放三十多年来,虽然我国的经济取得了很大的成就,人民物质生活水平有了普遍的提高,但我国的贫富收入差距却仍然很大。要想实现国民经济收入的合理分配,必须发挥金融的特殊功能。本文认为:我国国民经济收入分配存在一定差距,应该以金融手段抚平国民收入分配差距,注重金融在初次分配和再分配中的特殊功能,最终实现我国经济的包容性增长。Inclusive growth is one of the core contents is to make more individual participation in economic development,share economic development and achievements.Reform and opening up for more than 30 years,although our country＇s economy has made great progress,people＇s material life level has a general increase,but Chinese rich and poor income is very big still.Want to realize national economic income distribution;we must give play to the finance special functions.This paper holds that Chinese national economy income distribution disparity,should be on the existence of certain financial means eliminate the national income distribution gap,pay attention to financial in primary distribution and redistribution of the special function,and finally achieve our economic inclusive growth.
