摘　　要：从宏观上构建由战略管理层、指导管理层和事务管理层构成的数字图书馆事业三级管理体制;在此基础上借鉴亨利.法约尔一般管理理论,构建由计划机制、组织机制、指挥与协调机制和控制机制为要素的、与三级管理体制相匹配的数字图书馆管理机制。Based on the present situation of digital library at home and abroad,this paper constructs digital library administration system which consists of strategy management,guidance management and affairs management through macro perspective.Using Henri Fayol＇s general management theory for reference,this paper builds up digital library management mechanism which consists of planning mechanism,organization mechanism,coordination mechanism,and control mechanism,in the hope of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the digital library in China.
