摘　　要：仙游县盖尾镇杉尾、昌山村教育基金会图书馆是乡下人自办文化,农民开展知识自救的成功范例。阐述了其创办经过和启迪,也提出进一步办好图书馆的几点建议。The Educational Foundation Library in Shanwei village and Changshan village,Gaiwei Town,Xianyou County is a successful example that peasants develop library by themselves.This paper expounds the process and enlightenment of building the library,and comes up with some suggestions for further management to the library.
