摘　　要：UV光固化涂料是一种新型无污染的涂料。目前主要以(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体为原料,使用紫外光促使光引发剂产生自由基,引发自由基聚合形成涂膜。采用丙烯酸与双环戊二烯合成的单体生产光固化涂料具有成本低,原料来源广泛,涂膜效果好等特点。UV curable coating is a new type of pollution-free coatings.The raw material of the coating is mainly acrylates monomers at present.Photoinitiators has prompted using ultraviolet to form free radicals.The free radicals triggeres radical polymerization for produce coating.The uv-curable coating using monomer which was produced by acrylic and dicyclopentadiene has characters such as lower cost,the wide sources of the raw materials, good coating effect.
