摘　　要：在全面建设小康社会的新时期背景下,我国交通运输业发展迅速,既有成就也存在着不足。基于对公路发展中建设资金保障、公路发展不平衡、道路安全问题及外部性问题的阐述,从资金、区域合作、安全等方面分析具体的解决措施,对新时期我国交通运输业的发展具有指导作用,也为全面建设小康社会奠定基础。The development of carriage facilities of our country transportation is very rapid in the new history stage of overall building well - off society, but there are still many problems. By describing the problems like construction capital guarantee, unbalanced highway development, road safety and exterior problem, the paper analyzes specific solutions in terms of capital, region- al cooperation, safety and so on, which can be the guide for our transportation industry and lay a foundation for building well - off society.
