摘　　要：介绍了《新巴塞尔资本协议》中操作风险管理的内涵和风险计量方法,基于对企业集团财务公司当前操作风险管理的现状分析,提出具体的操作风险管理建议,并对适合于财务公司使用的操作风险资本计量方法进行了重点阐述。The article introduces the intension of operational risk management and riskmeasuring methods in the New Basel Capital Accord.Based on the status analysis of current opera onalrisk management in enterprise group finance companies,it puts forward concrete suggestions foroperational risk management and emphatically expounds the operational risk capital measuringmethods suitable to be used in finance companies.
