紫花毕岱提取物对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用

摘  要:目的:建立一种贴近临床的幼年雄性SD大鼠营养性肥胖模型,并通过紫花毕岱提取物对肥胖大鼠的干预,观察大鼠体重、血脂的变化,探讨紫花毕岱提取物对肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法:用高能量饲料造成幼年雄性SD大鼠肥胖模型,按体重将其随机分为5组,各组均继续给予高能量饲料。其中一组为肥胖对照组,灌胃生理盐水;一组为阳性西药组,灌胃盐酸西布曲明;另外三组灌胃紫花毕岱提取物,剂量分别为2 g(生药).kg-1.d-1、1 g(生药).kg.d-1和0.5 g(生药).kg-1.d-1。给药6周后,观察紫花毕岱提取物治疗前后体重、肥胖指数、内脏脂肪重量、血脂水平的变化。结果:给予紫花毕岱提取物治疗后,营养性肥胖大鼠体重、肥胖指数、内脏脂肪重量均明显低于肥胖对照组(P<0.05);紫花毕岱提取物高、中剂量组血甘油三酯、总胆固醇明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:紫花毕岱提取物灌服6周后对营养性肥胖大鼠有明显减肥作用,可能与紫花毕岱提取物降血脂作用有关。Objective:To establish impuberism male SD rat model with nutritional obesity and by studying the weight-reducing effect of violet flower Bidai extracts on body weight,blood lipids level and to discuss the effect of violet flower Bidai extracts. Methods:Male obese rats which induced by high energy diet were randomly divided into five groups.All rats were given high energy diet.One control group were gavaged with normal saline and one masculine western medicine were gavaged with sibutramine and three violet flower Bidai extracts groups were gavaged with water solutions of violet flower Bidai extracts at doses of 2 g(crude drug)/kg BW,1 g(crude drug)/kg BW,0.5 g(crude drug)/kg BW,respectively.After six weeks,body weight,Lee's index,weight of abdominal fat tissue,fasting lipid were measured. Results:Body weight,obese index,weight of abdominal fat tissue in the two violet flower Bidai extracts groups were significantly lower than those in obese control group(P0.05).level of serum cholesterol and triglyceride decreased in a certain degree. Conclusion:Administration of violet flower Bidai extracts to rats for six weeks shows evident weight-reducing effect,the effect is likely related to the ability of violet flower Bidai extracts to lower the blood lipid level.
