摘　　要：链条式炉排燃煤锅炉存在着漏煤、灰渣、飞灰固体机械不完全热损失,通过增设分层给煤装置、造粒机、破碎机等一系列机械化设施,可以大大地减少煤的不完全燃烧热损失,从而提高锅炉的热效率。There are solid mechanical incomplete heat loss of leakage of coal,ash,slag and fly ash from chain grate boiler.By adding a stratified coal feeder,crushing machine and a series of mechanical facilities,the heat loss of incomplete combustion of coal can be greatly reduced,thereby the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be improved.
