小切口手术联合激光治疗大隐静脉曲张210例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口联畲激光综合治疗太隐静脉煎张的临床毅果。方法在大隐静脉的始末端做小切口结扎，将主干全程或分段抽出，对不能抽出的大隐静脉辜干及曲张静脉团进行激光治疗。结果210例230条患肢全部治愈，治愈率100％。绮论该方法是治痃大隐静脉曲张的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the amall incision with laser comprehensive treatment for patients with the great saphenous vein varices.Methods Small incision surgical ligation was done at the top and end of the great saphenous vein. Then took out the whole part or subsection of the great saphenous vein,wlth laser to treat the main part of the great saphenous vein and varicose vein group, Results 210 cases of 230 limbs all cured, cure rate was 100%.Conclusion The small incision with laser comprehensive treatment was an effective method for the great saphenous vein vafices. It was worthy of clinical applieation and dissemination.
