摘　　要：山东莱芜钢铁集团公司棒材厂在开发无孔型轧制工艺过程中,设计应用了可调组合式滑动进口导卫装置,并对滚动进口导卫进行了修复改进,保证了无孔型轧制工艺的顺利实施及轧制过程稳定。可调组合式滑动进口导卫装置,导卫内腔尺寸及安装尺寸可调,适应性、共用性强,具有推广应用价值。The Bar Plant of Shandong Laiwu Iron and Steel Company devised adjustable combined-type sliding Entrance guide device,improved the rolling entrance guide device,and ensured grooveless rolling process of implemented smoothly and rolling process stability.The adjustable combined-type sliding entrance guide device with inside cavity dimensions adjustable and Installation dimensions adjustable possesses adaptability and interoperability strongly,so it has higher application value.
