摘　　要：目的:建立大枣中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:以A1(NO3)3、NaNO2及NaOH为显色剂,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定。结果:红枣中总黄酮含量为2.35 mg/g。结论:方法简便易行,适用于大枣中总黄酮含量的测定。Objective：To establish the method for the determination of total flavonoids contents in Jujube.Methods： Spectrophotometry was used to determine content of total flavonoids in Jujube,adding A1（NO3）3、NaNO3、NaOH as colour agent.Ruitn as constrast sample.Results：The contents of total flavonoids in Jujube is 2.35 mg/g.Conclusion：The method is simplicity in result and applicable for the determination of total flavonoids in Jujube.
