摘　　要：研究马来酸三甲氧苯丁氨酯（ＴＭ）的镇痛作用，结果显示，腹腔注射ＴＭ２４５、３５０、５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ能显著抑制小鼠扭体反应，５０、７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ能显著提高小鼠热板反应痛阈值，３５、５０、７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ则能够显著提高小鼠压尾痛阈值并减少甲醛致痛评分值，３７５、７００ｍｇ／ｋｇ可显著提高大鼠电刺激痛阈值．连续给小鼠腹腔注射ＴＭ７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ７天，每天用热板法测定小鼠痛阈值，表明其镇痛作用无耐受性．The analgesic effect of trimebutine maleate(TM) was studied in this paper.It was shown that the writhing response induced by acetic acid was remarkably inhibited by TM(245350500 mg/kg).The pain thresholds in the hotplate test and in the pressure tail test were increased by TM(50,70 mg/kg,ip)in mice.In addition,the pain score induced by formadehyde was decreased by TM(35,50,70 mg/kg,ip)in mice.Furthermore the pain thresholds in groups treated with TM(37575 mg/kg,ip)were higher than that in the control group by the electric stimulation method in rats.No tolerance of analgesic effect was found after ip TM 70 mg/kg daily for 7 d in mice in the hotplate test.
