沥青拌和设备用袋式除尘器内部流场分析

摘　　要：介绍沥青拌和设备用袋式除尘器的结构和工作过程,在三维建模软件Pro/E中建立J3000型和GLB-3000型袋式除尘器的实体模型,运用流体力学仿真软件Fluent对两类袋式除尘器内部流场进行分析对比。结果表明:两类袋式除尘器内部的流场分布不均,进口方向沿导流板存在射流带,下箱体均存在涡旋,布袋受力不均,使用寿命较短,除尘效率较低。提出改进措施并对改进前后效果进行对比分析。Introduction covers structure and operation process of the bag type dust extractor to be used in asphalt mixers.Real types of models J3000 and GLB-3000 of bag type dust extractors were set up in a 3-D soft ware Pro/E for model construction,while analyses and comparisons have been done for internal flow-field of the 2 types of dust extractorby means exist in a hydro-mechanical simulation software Fluent.The result shows:uneven distributions of the internal flow-field in the 2 types of dust-extracor and there is an efflux existing along the guide plate in the inlet,while in the lower box exists an eddy that makes uneven loading to the bag,reduces its work life and lowers its de-dusting efficiency.Comparisons and analyses have been made against results before and after the study,and we have put forth measures for improvements.
