摘　　要：收割机在线检测系统是现代计算机技术与通信技术应用在收割机作业中的一项成果。该系统通过各类传感器对收获物的质量数据、收割机的行走路线信息和机车脱粒轮转速等信息进行测量,系统将检测到收割机工作过程中的有关参数数据处理,并将处理后的参数数据进行封装。通过无线网络传送至监控中心服务器端,监控中心将接收到的工作故障数据和可靠性数据进一步处理,完成对收割机工作的控制和协调。Harvester's on-line monitoring system is an application result of modern computer and communication techniques on the harvester operation.The system has measured relevant data and info such as mass of harvested loads,harvester's travel lines,threshing wheel RPM in the car-body thru types of sensors while the harvester was working,and such parameter data have been packed up after processing.Further processes have been done on work trouble data and reliability data that were received at the monitor center thru wireless network transmission to server terminal in the monitor center,thus finishing operational monitoring and coordination on the harvester.
