摘　　要：目的:建立了沙浴恒温消化—国标法配套试剂盒测定尿碘的方法。方法:参考尿碘国标法,用沙浴恒温消化尿液,国标法配套试剂盒检测。结果:该法最小检出限为4.5μg/L,标准曲线线性相关系数r=-0.9994;分别对碘含量为73.0μg/L、175μg/L、206μg/L的尿碘标准物质进行6次平行测定,与标准值的偏差分别为2.1%、1.1%、2.9%,相对标准偏差分别为3.1%、1.9%、2.0%;加标回收率96.0%～100%;测定100份尿样与国标法对比测定,测定结果无显著性差异。结论:该法简单、准确、可靠,适合基层实验室使用。Objective：To establish a kit method for determination of urinary iodine with thermostatic sand bath digestion.Methods： To determine urinary iodine using the national standard kit after the thermostatic sand bath digestion.Results： The minimal detection limit of the method was 4.5 μg/L,while the linear correlation coefficient was-0.9994.The iodine contents of 6 parallel determinations of urinary iodine standard material were 73.0 μg/L,175 μg/L and 206 μg/L,and standard deviation values were 2.1%,1.1%,2.9% respectively and relative standard deviations were 3.1%,1.9% and 2.0% respectively;Recoveries were from 96.0% to 100%.There was no significant difference between determination of 100 urine samples and the national standard measurement method.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,reliable and suitable for common laboratories.
