摘 要:目的:研究利用在线紫外过硫酸盐消解-流动注射分析方法测定水中总氮,用于地表水、地下水、生活污水和工业废水中总氮的测定,以实现自动化批量分析。方法:将总氮模块按流路图安装后,接入泵连接相应的溶剂,进行总氮的自动化检测。结果:总氮的检出限是0.018 mg/L,总氮在0 mg/L~10 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.999以上,精密度和准确度高,精密度为1.5%,加标回收率在90.5%~106%。结论:建立了在线紫外过硫酸盐消解-流动注射分析方法测定水中总氮的方法,该方法检出限低,准确度和灵敏度高,适合大批量样品的检测。Objective:To research the determination of TN in water by On-line UV persulfate digestion and flow injection analysis and detect the total nitrogen in surface water,groundwater,sewage and industrial wastewater in order to realize automatic batch analysis.Methods: After total nitrogen module installed by flow circuit diagram,access the pump to connect appropriate solvent for the automated detection of TN.Results: The detection limit of TN by this method was 0.018 mg/L.The linear range of determination of TN was 0 mg/L~10 mg/L(r〉0.999).The method had high precision and accuracy.RSD of 1.5% and the recoveries of 90.5%~106% were obtained.Conclusion: The method of determination of TN by On-line persulfate digestion and flow injection analysis is suitable for the detection of large numbers of samples,with low detection limit,high accuracy and sensitivity.
