姜黄素的急性经口毒性和遗传毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解姜黄素的急性经口毒性和遗传毒性,为姜黄素的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:按照GB15193-2003《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行急性经口毒性实验、Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验及小鼠精子畸形实验。结果:姜黄素对小鼠的急性经口LD50>21500 mg/kg bw;三项遗传毒性实验结果均为阴性。结论:姜黄素属无毒级物质,未见遗传毒性作用。Objective：To study the acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity of curcumin,so as to provide experimental basis for its exploitation.Methods： Acute toxicity test and genetic toxicity tests,including Ames test,micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow and sperm shape abnormality test in mice,were performed according to GB15193-2003 ＂Procedures and Methods for Toxicological Assessment of Food＂.Results： The acute oral LD50 of curcumin was greater than 21500 mg/ kg bw,the results of the three genetic toxicity tests were negative.Conclusion： The acute toxicity of curcumin was classified as non-toxic,genetic toxicity was not found.
