山东省中青年及老年人体质与生活质量关系研究

摘　　要：研究目的:国民体质与生活质量之间具有相互影响的关系,研究山东省中青年人及老年人体质与生活质量之间关系,同时发现二者之间关系的差异。研究方法:通过访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法对山东省20-59岁中青年人及60-69岁老年人体质因子的综合得分与生活质量指标进行相关回归分析。研究结果:发现老年人的体质因子与生活质量指标间存在显著相关性,城镇中青年人未表现出相同规律;城镇中青年男子与女子之间及老年男子与女子之间各因子与生活指标相关性表现出不同规律。研究结论:针对上述研究,提出加大生活质量指标体系中社会指标的研究力度,积极开展区域经济建设,完善社会体育指导员队伍建设,逐步增强居民健身意识,积极扩大体育消费,形成新的体育消费市场等建议。Objective： There＇s mutual influence between the national constitution and the quality of life. Research on relationship between physical conditions and quality of life during the youth and the old in Shandong province and find out the difference of the relationship between the two. Methods： this article through interview and literature data method, mathematical statistics method direct toward the physique factor and synthetical score as well as the quality of life index correlated regression analysis of 20 - 59 years middle - aged people and 60 - 69 years old people in Shandong province. Results： find out there＇s significant correlation during the old people＇s physique factor and the quality of life index. But the youth in the town did not show the same rules o Research conclusion： Aim at the above research, puts forward the strength on increasing the quality of life index system of social indicators, actively carry out regional economic construction, perfect social sports instructors, gradually enhance residents fitness awareness, energetically expand the sports consumption to form a new sports consumer market and so on.
